Ticket Costs & Financial Transparency
Tickets for Concord Olympus are $495 per person. This cost can be split into nine monthly payments of $55 each, with the first payment taking place in March 2024 and the final payment in November 2024. A limited number of Early Bird tickets will be available in January 2024 for $300 each, and there will be a small number of free and subsidized scholarship tickets available for players from marginalized populations, or those facing financial difficulty. Early Bird tickets cannot be purchased via payment plan, and the full balance must be paid immediately. We have chosen to do it this way to help cover deposit costs for sites, insurance and catering.
Tickets include admission to the game, character sheets and connections, workshops, and catered food during the finale. To keep costs low, we are not providing housing for this game, but have negotiated reduced-rate hotel rooms at a nearby hotel.
Revenue from ticket sales will go toward site rentals and fees, event insurance, catering for the finale, props and costuming, housing for staff, and paying staff members a fair and reasonable wage. Players are also welcome to donate additional funds to help subsidize scholarship tickets for other players.
